What is a QR payment slip for?
Since October 2022 the red and orange payment slips no longer exist. To collect money without writing a full invoice, you need a QR payment slip: clubs for membership fees, charities for donations, landlords for rent or schools for camp fees.

What is the difference between a QR payment slip and a QR invoice?
The QR payment slip is just the payment part with receipt and Swiss QR code. A QR invoice also contains the invoice with line items and total. For donations, membership fees or rent, the slip alone is often enough.
Can I create a QR payment slip without an amount?
Yes. If you leave the amount empty, the field stays blank on the payment part and the payer enters it. This is common for donations.
How do I print the QR payment slip correctly?
At actual size (100 %), not "Fit to page". For sending by post you need perforated paper so the payment part can be detached.
Do I need a reference?
No, it is optional. With a reference, for example from a membership or invoice number, matching payments is much easier. With a QR-IBAN a QR reference is mandatory, so enter a number.
