What the assistant takes care of

Sorting: Every email is given a request type (enquiry, price request, appointment request, complaint and more) and a priority.
Drafting replies: Suggestions in your company’s tone, with your services, pricing rules and FAQ.
Spotting appointments: Appointment requests end up in your Google, Microsoft or CalDAV calendar with one click.

Your knowledge, not a generic chatbot

In the settings, you store your tone, services, pricing rules, frequently asked questions and your own instructions. All of this goes into every suggestion. The more you store, the more accurate the replies become. The signature of the person replying is added automatically.

Works with your existing mailbox

You don’t have to move. Velro connects to Gmail, Outlook or your IMAP mailbox and sends from your own account. You’ll find all integrations under Integrations.

Follow up without having to remember

If an important email or a quote gets no reply, a follow-up rule creates a follow-up email according to your settings. If the person replies, the follow-up stops by itself.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI send replies on its own?

No. Velro writes reply suggestions. You review them, change them if needed and send them yourself.

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, as well as any mailbox with IMAP and SMTP, for example at Hostpoint, Infomaniak or bluewin. With Gmail and Outlook, sent replies appear in the «Sent» folder as usual.

Are my emails used to train AI models?

No. Velro uses the AI providers via their interfaces. Data transmitted this way is not used to train their models. Details can be found in the privacy policy.

Can the AI also reply in German, French or Italian?

Yes. The AI writes in the language you set for your company: German, French, Italian or English. For Swiss companies, optionally in Swiss Standard German without «ß».
